In the package we use balance in muscle tension, consciously controlling habitual facial expressions to develop a more pleasant expression of the face. It uses moderate muscle training in which the muscles are influenced instead of the skin. The exercises are designed to re-direct the blood supply, activate lymphatic and drainage discharge which in turn feed the cells and dispose of excess moisture.
